Up to 42 Floors, Total of 1,180 Households
Special Supply Starts on the 20th
[Asia Economy Reporter Onyu Lim] Lotte Construction announced on the 5th that it will open the model house for ‘Guri Station Lotte Castle Signature,’ located in Inchang-dong, Guri-si, Gyeonggi-do, on the 10th and begin full-scale sales.
This complex will be developed with 11 buildings ranging from 6 basement floors to a maximum of 42 floors above ground, with a total of 1,180 households and exclusive areas ranging from 34 to 101㎡. Among them, 679 households will be supplied for general sale. The number of general sale units by area is composed of a total of 8 types: △34㎡ 68 units △46㎡ 56 units △59㎡ A, B, C 264 units △82㎡ A, B 205 units △101㎡ B 86 units, with small and medium-sized units under 85㎡ accounting for 87% of the supply volume.
‘Guri Station Lotte Castle Signature’ boasts excellent transportation networks. Guri Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line is located within walking distance, and with the opening of the Byeollae Line (an extension of Subway Line 8) connecting Amsa Station, the terminus of Seoul Subway Line 8, to Byeollae in Namyangju next year (2024), it will have a double station area. Using this station makes access to Seoul convenient, and nearby roads such as Gyeongchun-ro and Achasan-ro also provide easy access for vehicles to travel across the metropolitan area.

A Lotte Construction official said, “‘Guri Station Lotte Castle Signature,’ the first Lotte Castle brand apartment in Guri City, will be developed as a large complex with over 1,000 households and a maximum height of 42 floors, the tallest in the Guri area,” adding, “Since it is located in a key area of Guri City, we expect it to become a regional landmark.”
The subscription schedule for ‘Guri Station Lotte Castle Signature’ starts with special supply on the 20th, followed by first-priority subscription on the 21st and second-priority subscription on the 22nd. The announcement of winners will be on the 28th, and the official contract period will be held for four days from March 13 to 16.
