On the 1st, Mr. A posted on the online community BobaeDream, saying, "What I only saw on the news is happening in our apartment," along with photos.

Mr. A said, "Our apartment has a shortage of parking spaces, causing a parking chaos every night, and some residents park their cars very irrationally. In response, the apartment management is taking strong measures, such as attaching strong warning stickers on the front of the cars."

He continued, "A Porsche owner came to the residents' representative meeting and demanded compensation of several million won for the sticker removal cost, mentioning his occupation and saying that since he comes home late and leaves late, no stickers should be attached to his car. He also said that if this demand is not accepted, he would take legal action and block the entrance with people from his industry as a show of force."

He added, "Although I was not present at the scene, I think this is close to a threat."

The residents' representative meeting declared a 'not acceptable' stance on the demand. The meeting issued a notice stating, "Parking violations cannot be justified," and "We do not accept the demands of residents with parking violations and will continue strict enforcement to establish and improve parking culture and order."

Meanwhile, a similar incident occurred in 2018 in Songdo, Incheon. At that time, a woman in her 50s blocked the entrance of the apartment parking lot with her car for seven hours, angry about a parking violation warning sticker placed on her vehicle.

The woman apologized after four days but was prosecuted for obstructing traffic and interfering with the management of the apartment parking lot. The court sentenced her to six months in prison with a two-year probation, stating that her actions caused significant inconvenience to about 1,100 households in the apartment.
