This complex, located at 100-28 Bokdae-dong, Heungdeok-gu, Cheongju, Chungbuk, consists of 3 buildings with 3 basement floors and up to 49 floors above ground, totaling 715 households. The unit sizes range from 84 to 103 square meters of exclusive area.

The complex will start special supply applications on the 13th, followed by first-priority general supply on the 15th, and second-priority subscription on the 16th. The winners will be announced on the 22nd of the same month. In particular, to secure residential conditions for workers employed in multiple industrial complexes within Cheongju, special supply for industrial complex (relocated institutions) workers (SanDan Special Supply) will also be accepted from the 13th to 14th. Move-in is scheduled for July 2026.

Bokdae-dong, where this complex is located, is considered a representative living area of Cheongju. It is close to Hyundai Department Store Chungcheong Branch, Lotte Outlet Cheongju Branch, and Chungbuk National University Hospital, and cultural infrastructure such as Cheongju Arts Center and CGV is also established. Parks like Sinyulbong Park and Bokdae Park are within walking distance. Numerous elementary, middle, and high schools are located near the complex.

Sajik-daero, Garosu-ro, and Cheongju 2nd Ring Road are adjacent, making travel within the Cheongju area convenient. The Jungbu Expressway SeoCheongju IC and Gyeongbu Expressway Namyi Junction allow for wide-area travel.

Bokdae Xi The Sky offers large dressing rooms, pantries, and entrance storage. Within the complex, a central plaza, rooftop garden (view garden), and step garden utilizing the complex’s elevation differences will be created for residents’ relaxation. Various resident convenience facilities such as vegetable gardens, children’s playgrounds, and school bus zones will also be established throughout the complex. A small library (book cafe) will be constructed as a separate building above ground, filled with popular books curated by a major domestic bookstore. An open coffee station where residents can brew their own coffee will also be created.

Since this is introduced in Cheongju’s private land, which has been released from regulated areas, resale is possible after contract. Multi-homeowners and household members can also apply for subscription, and there is no restriction on re-winning. It is a nationwide subscription complex, so applications are possible regardless of regional residence.

A GS Construction sales official said, "Located in Bokdae-dong, Cheongju’s representative living area, residents can easily access various living infrastructures such as transportation, education, culture, and convenience, and the residential environment will improve through the Cheongju General Industrial Complex regeneration project. Along with differentiated product features, as it will be built up to 49 floors, we will do our best to make it a landmark representing the region."
