Gochang-gun 'Nodong Reservoir Ecocultural Trail' Development

According to the county on the 3rd, the Nodong Reservoir trail is a 600m waterfront ecological culture trail included in the Jeonbuk 1000-ri Trail 'Gochang Eupseong-gil'.

Since the creation of the Nature Yard, the number of local residents as well as external visitors has surged, leading the county to expand the reservoir ecological culture trail as part of creating an ecological cultural space linked with surrounding tourist facilities.

It is a course with beautiful scenery and a clean environment, and it is close to Gochang-eup, making it a good walking route for residents.

The county plans to attract tourists in the year of 2023 Gochang Visit, the World Heritage City, by creating an ecological cultural space linking the Nodong Reservoir, nearby Gochang Eupseong, Nature Yard, and Jeonbul-gil, as well as other surrounding tourist facilities.

County Governor Shim Deokseop said, "With the establishment of the Nodong Reservoir Ecological Culture Trail, people can experience the beautiful natural scenery up close."
