Presidential Office's Top 10 Achievements Broadcasted on 146 Electronic Billboards Nationwide

Presidential Office: "We Will Strengthen Communication with the People to Increase Engagement"

[Asia Economy Reporter Ki-min Lee] The Presidential Office announced on the 2nd that it will broadcast the top 10 major achievements accomplished during the first nine months of the Yoon Seok-yeol administration on electronic billboards nationwide.


Regarding the 10 major achievements selected by the Presidential Office, it introduced them as reflecting President Yoon’s governance philosophy and promise to the people, stating, "We will uphold the commitment to 'set the Republic of Korea straight, revive it as an economic powerhouse, and return it to the people in accordance with the spirit of the free democratic constitution' under any circumstances."


Key economic achievements include ▲ attracting 40 trillion won investment from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) sovereign wealth fund ▲ lifting triple real estate regulations ▲ achieving 6th place in global export rankings ▲ securing investment from 101 businesspeople as one team.


Additionally, it introduced ▲ success in the second test flight of a solid-fuel space launch vehicle ▲ normalization of South Korea-US joint exercises after five years ▲ K-defense exports worth 21 trillion won ▲ monthly parental allowance of 700,000 won for children aged 0 ▲ Youth Leap Account ▲ supply of 340,000 youth public sale housing units.

The video content featuring the 10 achievements will be broadcast on 146 outdoor electronic billboards nationwide this month, including in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Busan, and Daegu.


The Presidential Office explained that, based on one location in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam, Seoul, about 2.6 million people are exposed daily to the outdoor billboard advertisements, and about 1.19 million people at one location in Gwanghwamun. The content has also been posted on the official website and social networking services (SNS).


In the press release, the Presidential Office stated, "With the goal of 'easy content, wide accessibility,' we aim to strengthen communication with the public and increase points of contact with the people."
