[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Bespin Global has announced its goal to be listed on KOSDAQ next year. The company plans to grow into a business managing 30% of the global cloud market by 2027.
On the 2nd, Hanju Lee, CEO of Bespin Global, made this announcement at a press conference held at EL Tower in Yangjae-dong, Seoul, celebrating the launch of the CMaaS (Cloud Management as a Service) 'OpsNow360'.
CEO Lee explained, "The global cloud usage is estimated to reach 1,200 trillion KRW by 2027," adding, "Our goal is for 'OpsNow360' to manage 30% of that, which amounts to 360 trillion KRW worth of cloud services."
He also stated, "We are currently preparing 200 billion KRW in funds for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) this year," and "Our target is to go public in 2024."
On the same day, Bespin Global unveiled its new product, 'OpsNow360'. Aiming to be an automated integrated platform for secure cloud management, OpsNow360 automates key cloud management elements such as asset management, cost management, security management, development and operations, and fault detection.
In particular, OpsNow360 is characterized as a one-stop cloud platform utilizing artificial intelligence (AI). It integrates all tools and data necessary for cloud operation management, enabling comprehensive management of all cloud-related tasks.
Meanwhile, Bespin Global was established in 2015 and currently provides cloud services in 14 cities across 9 countries worldwide, including the United States, the Middle East, and China. Recently, it secured a total investment of 357 billion KRW, including 140 billion KRW from the UAE company e& Enterprise.
