According to the county on the 2nd, the damage prevention team, composed of 38 licensed hunters in the area through this recruitment announcement, will carry out relief activities upon receiving reports of crop damage caused by nuisance wildlife and will also engage in capturing wild boars to prevent the spread of African Swine Fever.

Before full-scale operation, the county conducted comprehensive safety training on compliance and firearm safety in cooperation with the police station to prevent safety accidents. To alleviate local residents' concerns about firearm use, the county plans to continuously promote the operation of the damage prevention team through village chief meetings and village broadcasts.

A county official said, “We plan to minimize damage to farms caused by wild animals through the operation of the nuisance wildlife damage prevention team.”
