[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] KakaoBank announced on the 31st that it will launch the KakaoBank Woori Card featuring the popular character 'Chunsiki'.
The KakaoBank partnership credit cards are cards introduced through collaboration with card companies. Starting with partnerships with Shinhan Card, KB Kookmin Card, Samsung Card, and Citi Card in 2020, followed by Lotte Card in 2021, Hana Card on the 12th of this month, this is the seventh partnership credit card launch.
The KakaoBank Woori Card offers up to a 50% billing discount on delivery products in 'KakaoTalk Gift' when the previous month's spending conditions are met.
A discount of up to 3,000 KRW per transaction is provided within a monthly limit of 10,000 KRW. However, this applies only to payments made after registering the card with KakaoPay.
When the card is registered with KakaoPay and used at online and offline affiliated stores, a 10% billing discount is also available.
When the previous month's spending conditions are met, discounts of up to 3,000 KRW per transaction and up to 10,000 KRW per month can be received. However, overlapping discounts are not allowed at stores where the 50% discount for 'KakaoTalk Gift' applies.
