Lotte Hotel announced on the 31st that it has completely revamped the benefits of its free membership program, Lotte Hotel Rewards.

This revamp, conducted to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Lotte Hotel's founding, focuses on strengthening the practical benefits for Rewards members. It includes easier tier upgrades, increased point accumulation rates up to 10%, and expanded benefits by tier.

The membership tier system has been improved. The accumulation rates for each tier (Classic, Silver, Gold, Platinum) have been increased up to 10%, and the point validity period has been extended from 3 years to 5 years. The stay requirement for upgrading to Silver, which offers tangible benefits, has been reduced from 7 days to 5 days. The tier upgrade cycle has also been shortened from once a year to once a month, allowing members to enjoy higher-tier benefits starting the month after meeting the conditions.

Benefits for loyal customers have also been enhanced. Gold and above members receive room upgrades, hotel vouchers worth $100, and late checkout privileges. If late checkout is unavailable due to room conditions, points are provided as compensation. Platinum members receive an additional benefit of 5 free breakfasts, and they can carry over their performance to make it easier to maintain their tier the following year.
