This complex, consisting of residences, office facilities, neighborhood living facilities, and sports facilities, spans from 6 basement floors to 57 above-ground floors. It comprises a total of 348 units with exclusive areas ranging from 40 to 103㎡. Located along Yeouidaero, considered the central line of Yeouido, it is expected to transform the Yeouido skyline alongside nearby Yeouido Park One (69 floors) and IFC (56 floors).

High-end facilities will also be introduced. The guest-exclusive lobby on the second basement floor will feature a reception desk, valet parking service, and unmanned parcel lockers. Services such as personal assistants and breakfast will also be provided for guests. The first basement floor will include spa facilities and screen golf. On the ultra-high rooftop, a sky infinity pool approximately 22 meters long will be installed, allowing guests to enjoy swimming at a high altitude in downtown Seoul.

The rooms are composed of a total of 13 types, ranging from penthouses to terraces. The ceiling height of each living room is designed to be approximately 2.95 meters to enhance openness. Residence owners will receive Sanctuary Club membership benefits. Sanctuary Club members can enjoy discounts on Banyan Tree Group’s rooms, spas, restaurants, and golf facilities worldwide, as well as benefits such as earlier check-in and later check-out than regular hours.
