Shinsegae I&C will be able to operate location analysis systems that consider electric vehicle drivers' lifestyles based on TMAP big data such as destination search counts, number of vehicles receiving navigation, and traffic conditions.
Beyond improving driver convenience and service differentiation, both companies plan to actively cooperate in various joint marketing efforts for electric vehicle drivers and promote the spread of a proper electric vehicle charging culture through safety charging campaigns.
TMAP Mobility is actively working to enhance consumer convenience by collaborating with related public institutions and private businesses in the electric vehicle charging market. Through technological partnerships with various partners such as the Ministry of Environment, Korea Electric Power Corporation, Everon, Chargebee, and Starcop, it is providing smart electric vehicle charging services as an essential mobility platform for electric vehicle users.
Additionally, TMAP Mobility plans to continuously advance the TMAP infotainment system "TMAP Auto," launched in cooperation with current automobile brands, to offer differentiated electric vehicle charging services.
Lee Jong-ho, CEO of TMAP Mobility, explained, "The combination of Shinsegae I&C's electric vehicle charging infrastructure and TMAP's AI and big data competitiveness will significantly enhance convenience for electric vehicle users."
