[Asia Economy Reporter Kwak Minjae] A cold wave is expected to hit the housing market next week as well. Construction companies, which could not actively supply due to the Lunar New Year holiday, appear to be carefully considering the timing of their sales.
According to Real Today, a real estate research firm, a total of 127 households (excluding Happy Housing, including rental units) will accept subscription applications at two locations nationwide in the first week of February.
Next week, subscription applications will be accepted only in Uijeongbu-si, Gyeonggi-do. On the 30th, subscription applications will be accepted for ‘Nikeville,’ an urban lifestyle apartment complex being built in Uijeongbu-dong, Uijeongbu-si, Gyeonggi-do. It consists of one building from basement level 1 to 21 floors above ground, with exclusive areas ranging from 20 to 43㎡, and 107 out of a total of 119 households will be offered for general sale.
On the same day, subscription applications will be accepted for ‘Uijeongbu Lotte Castle Gold Foret,’ supplied through the ‘Uijeongbu Ganeung 1 District Redevelopment Maintenance Project’ in Ganeung-dong, Uijeongbu-si, Gyeonggi-do. It consists of four buildings from basement level 2 to 29 floors above ground, with exclusive areas ranging from 39 to 84㎡, and 20 private rental units out of a total of 466 households will be offered for sale.
Winner announcements will be made for five locations, and official contracts will be conducted at three locations.
