Namwon-si Provides Various Incentives to Affordable Price Businesses

This project is being promoted to support the management of Good Price Businesses that maintain taste, quality, and service.

This year, the city plans to provide incentives to businesses selected according to the ‘Good Price Business Evaluation Criteria’ among restaurants, beauty salons designated in 2022, and food service, beauty, bath, and lodging businesses that provide excellent service to consumers through public announcements.

New incentives introduced this year include a 30% subsidy on water and sewage fees, increased bonus points for designated businesses participating in small business store environment improvement projects, maintenance of protruding signs and nameplates, and the production of new Good Price menu boards?practical incentives that help actual business operations.

The city will select the ‘Good Price Business of the Month’ with the best customer reviews each month through SNS and introduce the business through various promotional channels (Ministry of the Interior and Safety Good Price Business website, city website, etc.), and promote the use of Good Price Businesses on the city hall’s Dining Day.

Customers who write reviews will be selected as Review Kings, aiming to activate the use of Good Price Businesses and spread the atmosphere of price stabilization.

In addition to the new support projects, the city plans to create a safe and hygienic environment by supporting all Good Price Businesses with electrical safety inspections, hygiene disinfection, food waste chips, and hygiene supplies, thereby enhancing the convenience of business owners and users.

Mayor Choi Kyung-sik said, “I sincerely thank the Good Price Businesses that have maintained low prices and contributed to price stabilization despite the economic downturn and high inflation,” and added, “I hope more Good Price Businesses will emerge so that citizens can enjoy delicious food and high-quality services without burden.”
