Daesang Cheongjeongwon announced on the 25th that it is recruiting the 6th generation of the 'Cheongjeongwon University Student Volunteer Group.'
This group will be active for a total of 10 months from March to December this year. During the activity period, they plan to participate in the 'Youth's Meal' project, which supports healthy meals for students by improving the environment of small restaurants near universities. Applications are open until the 5th of next month, and any current or on-leave university student can participate.
Previously, the university student volunteer group supported 30 stores with 176 million KRW in environmental improvement project funds through the Youth's Meal project. Last year, the project funds were doubled per store to support new restaurants and renew existing ones, participating in improving the environment of restaurants near universities.
During the activities, various supports and benefits are provided, including ▲staff mentoring ▲awards for outstanding teams (worth approximately 5.3 million KRW) ▲a small activity allowance, uniforms, badges, certificates, and food boxes ▲recognition of volunteer hours through the Volunteer Management System (VMS) ▲preferential treatment when applying for employment at the company for outstanding participants.
Applications can be submitted on the Daesang Social Contribution website. Successful candidates will be individually notified on the 21st of next month, and the induction ceremony and workshop will be held over two days from the 23rd to the 24th.
