Strengthening Startup Capabilities... Dedicated Mentor Mentoring in Progress
[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Sehee] Sejong University Startup Support Group will operate the '2022 Winter Startup Camp' from the 31st of this month to the 2nd of next month at the 3rd floor Collabo Lab of the Daeyang AI Center on campus.
According to Sejong University, this camp was prepared to concretize startup ideas and strengthen entrepreneurial capabilities for prospective and early-stage entrepreneurs. Participants form teams and receive startup mentoring from dedicated mentors.
On the first day, activities start with icebreaking and team building, followed by lectures on the importance of the value of startup items and idea generation and concretization. On the second day, lectures on 'how to create presentation materials' and 'effective pitching methods' are provided. A business plan writing mentoring program is also prepared. On the third day, team presentations and an awards ceremony are planned.
Judging will be conducted through presentations and Q&A sessions, selecting 1 grand prize team, 2 excellence award teams, and 6 merit award teams, with a total prize money of 4.8 million KRW awarded.
