Shilla Duty Free Expands Domestic Customer Promotion for Lunar New Year

Shilla Duty Free announced on the 20th that it will expand promotions targeting domestic customers as demand for overseas travel increases during the Lunar New Year holiday.

Shilla Duty Free Seoul Store is running promotions including points and prize giveaways for customers visiting the Seoul store until the 15th of next month. To commemorate the Year of the Black Rabbit, customers born in the Year of the Rabbit will receive a 'One-Day Black Pass' that allows them to enjoy Black Membership discount rates for one day. With the Black Membership discount applied, customers can receive up to 20% off, with discount rates varying by brand.

Additionally, a total of 230,000 S Rewards points will be given as New Year's money. The points are distributed as 20,000; 40,000; 65,000; and 105,000 points, which can be used for purchases of $150, $300, $500, and $800 or more, respectively. S Rewards points can be used like cash, with 1,000 points equivalent to $1. Customers who use the New Year's money will also be entered into a prize draw event. A total of 23 winners will be selected to receive an additional 23,000 S Rewards points.

Partnership benefits will also be significantly expanded. On the online duty-free store, newlyweds who join the Ace Bed Wedding Members program will be granted Prestige membership status on the Shilla Internet Duty Free online store, along with 3 million won in reward points and S Rewards for the internet store. This event will run throughout the year.

The partnership event with the pet-sitting service 'Wayo' is also ongoing. Shilla Internet Duty Free members who newly sign up for Wayo will receive 2,000 Wayo points usable for pet-sitting services and a 10,000 won discount coupon for Wayo training services. For Wayo members, benefits include an upgrade to Prestige membership on Shilla Internet Duty Free, 3 million won in reward points, and up to 135,000 S Rewards points for the internet store.
