Yukdong Village in Yongseong-myeon, Gyeongsan City, located at the foothills of Guryongsan and Balbaeksan Mountains, refers to six villages in the southeast of Yongseong-myeon, including Daejong-ri, Yongjeon-ri, Yongcheon-ri, and Gacheok-ri. Minari is cultivated through the accumulated expertise of a crop group consisting of about 20 farms in Yukdong Village and the Happy Village Agricultural Cooperative Corporation.

At the Yukdong Village Happy Center, various experience programs utilizing minari are offered, including tasting Yukdong Minari, planting minari in pots, and making minari enzyme.

Minari, a representative alkaline food that neutralizes the acidified body, purifies the blood, and expels toxins from the body, can be purchased by visiting local minari farms directly or ordering by delivery, and is also available at local food stores.

Kim Chung-ryeol, head of Yongseong-myeon, said, "Yukdong eco-friendly minari is cultivated with clean groundwater, ensuring excellent quality, making it a well-being food that consumers can eat with confidence," adding, "It is expected to begin full-scale shipping from mid-February."

Since 2007, Gyeongsan City has supported Yukdong Village Minari as a regional specialized crop pilot project. At that time, eight farms in the village cultivated 2 hectares of minari, but now it has increased to about 20 farms cultivating 8 hectares, with an annual harvest exceeding 100 tons.

Yukdong Village Minari was selected as an excellent agricultural product of Gyeongbuk in 2015, and currently, a joint sales center is operated at the Yukdong Village Happy Center.
