To this end, the comprehensive plan is divided into 14 detailed focus areas, including ▲COVID-19 and various disaster, incident, and accident prevention measures ▲traffic flow and safety measures ▲livelihood economy and stability of ordinary citizens' lives ▲resolution of residents' inconveniences ▲strict establishment of public service work discipline.
During the Lunar New Year holiday, the county will monitor the livelihood economy, which has been affected by the impact of COVID-19, and conduct continuous monitoring of 16 key management items.
Additionally, to prevent the spread of COVID-19, a COVID-19 situation room composed of 9 members in 2 teams will be operated to respond promptly to overseas arrivals and domestic confirmed cases.
The county will also operate a screening clinic from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Furthermore, to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, the county plans to implement a reservation system for columbarium facilities to ensure residents can have a safe Lunar New Year holiday.
Along with this, one emergency medical institution, five medical institutions, and eight pharmacies have been designated to ensure that local residents do not face difficulties in receiving medical treatment and purchasing medicines.
To minimize medical service gaps, safety over-the-counter drug stores available during nighttime will also be operated.
A county official said, “For this Lunar New Year holiday, we ask residents to receive the additional winter vaccine and then visit their hometowns in small groups for family safety,” adding, “We will do our best to ensure that visitors returning to their hometowns and residents can have a safe holiday.”
