Gwangju Seobu Fire Station, Lunar New Year Sharing Volunteer Activities

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] On the 16th, the Gwangju Western Fire Station conducted a sharing volunteer activity targeting five vulnerable groups, including social welfare facilities in the district, ahead of the Lunar New Year holiday.

The Western Fire Station visited mainly vulnerable groups to deliver daily necessities and conducted inspections of electrical and gas facilities for environmental cleanup and fire prevention within the facilities.

A fire official participating in the volunteer activity said, “We express our gratitude to the workers who are working hard on the front lines of welfare,” and added, “We will do our best in fire prevention and readiness to ensure a warm and happy Lunar New Year holiday shared by both neighbors in need and all citizens.”
