GH, Construction and Service Orders of 436.2 Billion Won This Year... 114.9 Billion Won Increase from Last Year

[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] The total value of construction and service orders issued by Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) this year is expected to reach 436.2 billion KRW. This represents an increase of 114.9 billion KRW compared to the previous year. The increase in order volume is due to the full-scale promotion of the 3rd New Town development.

GH anticipated that this year, construction orders will amount to 312.9 billion KRW and service orders to 123.3 billion KRW, totaling 436.2 billion KRW.

The major construction orders include ▲ Hanam Gyosan Public Housing District Site Formation Construction (100 billion KRW) ▲ Gwangmyeong Hag-on Public Housing District Site Formation Construction (75.4 billion KRW) ▲ Kintex Grade-Separated Intersection Improvement Project Construction (30.8 billion KRW), among others.

Service orders include the Gyeonggi Yongin Platform City Urban Development Construction Waste Disposal Service (27 billion KRW) and Gwangju Station Area Integrated Public Rental Housing Construction Project Construction Management Service (11 billion KRW), among others.
