Applications Open Until the 31st for Wall Painting and More in Apartment Complexes Over 10 Years Old

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Sancheong-gun, Gyeongnam announced on the 16th that it will promote the ‘2023 Sancheong-gun Apartment Complex Management Support Project’.

This project was prepared to ensure the safe management of apartment complexes and to create a pleasant and livable residential environment.

The support targets are apartment complexes, row houses, and multi-family houses that have passed 10 years since their use approval.

Support will be provided for repairs of common facilities such as exterior wall painting and water and sewage dredging within the housing.

Geumseo-myeon Bogumjari Apartment, a multi-family housing complex in Sancheong-gun, Gyeongnam.

The support scale is about 3 apartment complexes with a total of 60 million KRW, and the scope of project cost support is planned to be within 70% of the project cost for houses with 20 or more households, and within 90% of the project cost for houses with less than 20 households.

Apartment complexes wishing to apply should refer to the announcement on the Sancheong-gun Office website and submit the project application form and other required documents to the Regional Development Division of Sancheong-gun Office by the 31st.

Sancheong-gun plans to carefully assess the appropriateness of the project contents and construction costs of the apartment complexes that applied for this project.

In particular, after comprehensively reviewing urgency and past support status, it plans to decide on suitable project sites.

An official from the county said, “We will continue to promote various policies to create a safe and pleasant residential environment for the residents.”

Since 2017, Sancheong-gun has supported a total of 780 million KRW in project costs for 1,060 households in 26 complexes, including 892 apartment households and 148 row house households, through the apartment complex management support project.
