On the 11th, Dongmyung University announced that it recently ranked first among private universities in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam with over 1,000 graduates in the official employment rate.
In the official employment rate announced on the 6th, Dongmyung University recorded 66.2% (reference year 2021, survey target graduates from August 2020 and February 2021, survey agency Korea Educational Development Institute).
This is the highest figure among private universities in the Busan-Ulsan-Gyeongnam area with over 1,000 graduates. The average employment rate is known to be 64.2% nationwide, 62% in non-capital areas, and 62.2% in Busan-Ulsan-Gyeongnam.
President Jeon Ho-hwan said, “Dongmyung University, renowned for employment, plans to send students starting this winter vacation through the 3+1+3 curriculum established with San Francisco State University in the U.S. and a Minerva School-style education program of up to one year with Columbia University’s local campus in the U.S. We will also further activate global employment.”
