Maniker F&G launches two guk-tang types 'Dakgomtang·Dakgaejang'... Accelerating HMR market expansion

Real Home Meal is Maniker F&G's HMR brand with the concept of "a premium homemade meal that creates a happy dining table through a proper meal."

On the 11th, Maniker F&G announced the launch of two soup and stew products: 'Light Chicken Gomtang' and 'Spicy Chicken Gaejang.' Both Light Chicken Gomtang and Spicy Chicken Gaejang have been simmered for a long time to bring out a rich broth flavor, and they can be stored at room temperature for 12 months, making them easy to store even when purchased in bulk.

Light Chicken Gomtang is made by carefully selecting only fresh domestic chicken and simmering it for a long time. It also includes vegetable broth made from various fresh vegetables such as green onions, onions, garlic, and radish, resulting in a clean and refreshing taste.

Spicy Chicken Gaejang is based on beef bone broth simmered for a long time to achieve a deep and rich flavor. To create a spicy and savory broth, a secret sauce made from carefully selected ingredients including red pepper powder is added. It contains a high amount of solid ingredients such as green onions, bracken, and taro stems, providing an excellent chewy texture.
