Mr. B said, "On my way home from work, I slowed down when I saw a car accident, and (Mr. A’s vehicle) had a small fire," adding, "I reported it to 112 and 119, and since I had a fire extinguisher, I went to put out the fire, but there was a person inside."
He continued, "The person inside the car was shouting to be saved, and with all the airbags deployed, the fire was growing. Four adult men broke the window and pushed open the rear door, telling him to come out the back, but he was flustered and couldn’t unbuckle the seatbelt. After barely getting him out and confirming there were no other passengers, the car exploded like in a drama," describing the tense situation.
