Office Sitcom Hipjirodikdaengin Season 1 Ends

The video content production company ‘Mihakinwoojuseon Co., Ltd. (CEO Song Jeonghun)’ jointly produced the YouTube sitcom ‘Hipjirodikdaengin’ with BC Card, which concluded its first season with episode 9 on December 30.

‘Hipjirodikdaengin’ is set in the hottest office in Hipjiro, South Korea, featuring various episodes that showcase the perfect chemistry between Jo Eunbi (played by Choi Ji-hye), a second-year employee, and Kim Taegun (played by Lim Woo-cheol), an 18-year veteran team leader, through their workplace life in a refreshing sitcom format.

Consisting of 9 episodes, ‘Hipjirodikdaengin’ focuses on expanding workplace empathy through themes such as an X-generation team leader teasing an MZ-generation new employee who leaves work on time using memes, office romance, dad jokes, types of bosses, and year-end company dinners.

Director Park Sangbin stated, “Rather than criticizing the current social phenomenon of workplace conflicts between the 2030 generation represented by the MZ generation and the 4050 generation represented by the X generation, we aimed to create a story about understanding each other and growing together as members.”

‘Hipjirodikdaengin’ can be viewed on the Paybook Company YouTube channel.
