Two other middle school students involved in the crime were detained in a juvenile detention center.

According to the police, these middle school students are accused of provoking a woman in her 40s passing by on a road in Naedang-dong, Seo-gu, Daegu, around 4:30 a.m. on the 18th of last month, assaulting her with flying kicks and other attacks, and filming it to upload on SNS.

They are also suspected of stealing goods worth several thousand won from an unmanned store.

The victim woman is reported to have sustained injuries requiring three weeks of medical treatment due to the assault.
