Kang Sin-suk "Change is a matter of survival... We will create a self-sustaining Suhyup Bank"

New Year's Address by Kang Shin-sook, CEO of Sh Suhyup Bank, on the 2nd

[Asia Economy Reporter Bu Aeri] Kang Sin-sook, CEO of Sh Suhyup Bank, stated on the 2nd that "Change is a matter of survival" and "We will build a self-sustaining and strong bank."

In her New Year's address, CEO Kang said, "With continuous interest rate hikes, prolonged economic recession, and intensified digital competition in the financial sector, the internal and external management environment is expected to be far from easy. We must strive relentlessly to achieve greater growth."

Marking the first year after repaying public funds, CEO Kang presented five key themes to employees: changes in organizational culture, structural changes, digital transformation, risk management changes, and improvements in capabilities.

CEO Kang emphasized, "Let all employees of Suhyup Bank unite with the spirit of 'Iindongsim Giridangeum' (When two people work together, their sharpness can even cut iron)."
