The forecasted daytime high temperatures range from -4 to 7°C. A cold wave advisory has been issued mainly for the central region.
Winds will blow somewhat strongly, making the wind chill lower and the cold more intense, so caution is advised for health management.
Fine dust levels are expected to be 'Good' to 'Moderate' across all regions due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.
Sea waves will be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East Sea coastal waters, 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the South Sea coastal waters.
Wave heights in the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline) are predicted to be 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the East Sea, and 1.0 to 2.5 meters in the West Sea and South Sea.
