There are also supply volumes in the provinces. On the same day, first-priority subscription applications will be accepted for ‘Changwon Lotte Castle Forest’ located in Sahwa-dong, Changwon-si, Gyeongnam. The complex consists of 15 buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas of 84 and 102㎡, across 2 blocks, totaling 1,965 households. Since the announcement dates for winners differ between the two blocks, it is possible to apply for subscriptions for each block separately.
On the 2nd, first-priority subscription applications are scheduled for ‘Cheongju Gaesindong Wonderaum’ (48 households) supplied in Gaesindong, Cheongju-si, Chungbuk.
Winner announcements will be held for 9 locations, and official contracts will proceed at 9 locations.
