Enterprise Recruitment Management Solution 'Greeting' Sees 2,000 New Client Companies

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Startup Doodlin (CEO Lee Taekyu) announced on the 27th that the number of client companies using its enterprise recruitment management solution 'Greeting' has increased by 2,000 within one and a half years since its official launch. As of December, the cumulative number of Greeting's client companies exceeds 2,700.

Greeting is a recruitment management solution that integrally supports the entire hiring process from job posting to acceptance notification. It allows management of applicant resumes received from multiple recruitment platforms all at once. Officially launched in July last year, Greeting secured about 600 client companies during a six-month pilot service period, receiving favorable reviews from companies and HR managers who had difficulties recruiting talent due to the lack of their own recruitment solutions. Subsequently, after successfully monetizing the service in September of the same year, the number of client companies grew by more than 15% each month. As a result, the cumulative number of client companies exceeded 2,000 within one year of the official launch, and the number of paying clients increased approximately fivefold within one year after monetization.

As of December this year, about 2,700 companies use Greeting, ranging from large corporations such as KT, Nexon, SSG, and Samyang Foods to major startups like Socar, Musinsa, and Zigbang. The cumulative number of job postings created by these companies is 18,472, and the cumulative number of applicants who applied through Greeting is approximately 470,000.

Lee Taekyu, CEO of Doodlin, said, "As the economy has recently become difficult, it has become important to properly hire a small number of talented individuals, and more companies are trying to secure excellent applicants by building efficient recruitment processes with Greeting." He added, "We will continue to create services that satisfy both applicants and HR managers."
