The Residents' Representative Association of Lotte Castle Apartment in Unam-dong stated, "Despite his busy legislative activities, Councilman Joo has made efforts to improve the convenience and resolve civil complaints of the Lotte Castle Apartment residents,” adding, “We presented this plaque as a token of our gratitude for his dedication so far."
In response, Councilman Joo said, "I only did what was right as a representative of the residents, so I am honored to receive this precious plaque of appreciation,” and added, “I will continue to work on the ground to resolve local issues and strive to create a safe and livable environment for the residents."
Meanwhile, Councilman Joo, as the chairman of the Safety City Committee of the 9th Buk-gu Council, is carrying out various legislative activities for disaster prevention and safety. He has also contributed to the enhancement of community welfare through ordinances such as the 'Ordinance on the Prevention and Education of Sexual Crimes against Children and Adolescents in Buk-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City' and the 'Partial Amendment to the Ordinance on the Respect and Support for National Veterans in Buk-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City.'
