According to Real Today, a real estate research firm, in the third week of December, subscription applications will be accepted for a total of 4,181 households (including rental, officetel, and public sale, excluding Happy Housing) at 12 locations nationwide.
Next week, three metropolitan area redevelopment complexes will be supplied. On the 19th, first-priority subscription applications will be accepted for "Mapo The Classy," supplied through the Ahyeon 2 District housing reconstruction redevelopment project in Ahyeon-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul. The complex consists of 17 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 25 floors above ground, with exclusive areas of 43 to 83㎡, totaling 1,419 households. Among them, 53 households with exclusive areas of 59㎡ and 84㎡ will be offered for general sale.
Additionally, on the 20th, first-priority subscription applications will be accepted for "Gangdong Heritage Xi (219 households)" in Gangdong-gu and "Hillstate Incheon City Hall Station (485 households)" in Namdong-gu, Incheon.
Supply will also be available in provincial areas. On the 19th, first-priority subscription applications will be accepted for "Eumseong I-Park," located in Bonseong-ri, Maengdong-myeon, Eumseong-gun, Chungbuk. The complex consists of 8 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to 29 floors above ground, with exclusive areas of 84, 113, and 117㎡, totaling 773 households. Among them, 604 households will be offered for general sale.
On the 20th, general sales will be conducted at "Hillstate Seonhwa The Wise (496 households)" in Seonhwa-dong, Jung-gu, Daejeon; "Okdong Gyeongnam Honorsville ubc (262 households)" in Okdong, Nam-gu, Ulsan; and "Haksan Hanshin The Hue Elite Park (829 households)" in Haksan-dong, Pohang-si, Gyeongbuk.
