[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] PHC (CEO Choi Inhwan) announced on the 14th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for business cooperation based on mutual trust with Korea Ezaie (CEO Go Hongbyung).
This agreement was made with the purpose of building a network and creating a virtuous cycle in the senior healthcare business through appropriate content sharing and mutual promotion related to senior healthcare between the two companies.
The main contents of the agreement include the entry and operation of PHC's online/offline Smart K-Zone based on Cogmate, the establishment of a new system at PHC's MoHe stores and platform, sharing know-how on the senior healthcare business, and jointly developing guidelines based on Erich.
PHC opened and is currently operating MoHe, an experiential healthcare retail flagship store in Dongtan, last November. MoHe is the first model in Korea to link experiential healthcare services with retail business.
A PHC official said, “This MOU was signed as part of expanding the business area of the digital healthcare online and offline platform MoHe service,” adding, “We plan to build an independent service in the healthcare field through a mutually cooperative model linking the senior healthcare business and collaboration with global pharmaceutical companies.”
