According to the city, the event was originally scheduled to be held from November 11 to 12 to coincide with Small Business Day on November 5, but was postponed in consideration of the mourning atmosphere for the Itaewon tragedy.

Thirty-four small business companies will participate in the walk-through store, selling 50 types of products such as accessories, clothing, cosmetics, kitchenware, plants, and dried seafood at affordable prices, along with a social economy festival.

Kim Gilsu, president of the Small Business Association, said, “Although the local economy is becoming increasingly difficult due to high inflation, high interest rates, and high exchange rates, our small business owners will hold onto hope and strive to overcome these difficult times,” adding, “On the 20th, we are preparing a healing talk show for citizens and small business owners exhausted by COVID-19, so we hope for your great interest.”
