Block 1 is valued at 249.77 billion KRW, and Block 2 at 345.22 billion KRW, totaling 594.9 billion KRW. Block 1 will be constructed as a mixed-use complex in the Yucheon-dong area, consisting of 5 basement floors and 49 above-ground floors, with 718 residential units and 32 officetel units.

Block 2 will be built in the Yucheon-dong area with 5 basement floors and 49 above-ground floors, comprising 913 residential units and 88 officetel units. The contract periods for Blocks 1 and 2 are 49 months and 51 months respectively, starting from the commencement date.
