Cafe24 Signs Business Agreement with CJ Logistics to Establish Guaranteed Delivery Date Service

Next-Day Delivery Available in Most Parts of the Country

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] Global e-commerce platform Cafe24 announced on the 8th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with CJ Logistics to provide fulfillment services for online shopping mall operators.

The two companies will collaborate on ▲providing guaranteed delivery date services for online operators ▲establishing fulfillment centers and delivery services for Cafe24 operators ▲optimizing international express logistics routes ▲advancing logistics services based on IT system integration.

In particular, online operators can significantly enhance customer delivery satisfaction through the guaranteed delivery date service scheduled to be implemented in January next year. This service informs customers of the exact guaranteed arrival date of purchased products and delivers accordingly. For more than 90% of regions nationwide without geographic restrictions such as islands and mountainous areas, next-day delivery after ordering is also guaranteed.

They will also cooperate to strengthen international express services to expand overseas sales of Korean products. By optimizing the global logistics infrastructure owned by both companies, they plan to provide online operators with competitively priced overseas delivery services.
