[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] Lotte Homeshopping announced on the 7th that it held the recruitment fair "2022 Job Festival" to support employment for women with career interruptions.

The event was attended by 25 excellent partner companies of Lotte Homeshopping and 100 female job seekers. Representatives from partner companies in various fields such as fashion and food provided one-on-one customized recruitment consultations to help female job seekers find the best job opportunities.

The Job Festival was held as part of Lotte Homeshopping's female talent development program, Sangsaeng Jobs. Sangsaeng Jobs is a win-win growth program that Lotte Homeshopping has been running since 2018 in cooperation with the Foundation for Cooperation between Large, Small, and Medium Enterprises and Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, helping female talents who face difficulties in job searching due to career interruptions with job training and employment support.

As of the 6th cohort, Sangsaeng Jobs has achieved a 70% employment rate, with 156 out of 218 participants successfully employed. There have been cases of employment in various fields including Lotte Homeshopping partner companies, fashion, and food, with high job satisfaction reported.
