IGAWorks Makes Strategic Investment in AI Research Company Korka

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Big data platform company IGAWorks (CEO Ma Guk-seong) announced on the 6th that it has made a strategic investment in AI research company Korka.


Korka, in which IGAWorks invested, is a startup specializing in AI model research. It has many outstanding AI engineers, including graduates from MIT, Carnegie Mellon, NYU, Seoul National University, and International Mathematical Olympiad gold medalists, and has strengths in hyper-personalized recommendation fields applying mathematical algorithms.


Based on its own big data, IGAWorks provides comprehensive solutions necessary for companies' digital transformation. Having already expanded its AI specialized organizations to two, this investment in Korka further strengthens its AI division.


IGAWorks, having secured global talent in the AI field, plans to expand AI services across various areas such as big data processing, customer profile building, integrated advertising operation automation, customer behavior prediction, and experience optimization, thereby enhancing platform competitiveness.
