[Asia Economy Reporter Kwon Jaehee] POSCO Chemical announced on the 5th that it has signed a mid- to long-term supply contract worth 939.3 billion KRW for EV synthetic graphite anode materials with Ultium Cells in the Americas region. This amount corresponds to 47.2% of the 2021 sales revenue. The contract period is from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2028. The following are the major disclosures released on the day.

▲LS=Subsidiary LSMtron announced that it signed a CNH OEM tractor supply contract worth 500.4 billion KRW with CNH Industrial America LLC in North America and Europe. This corresponds to 48.22% of the 2021 sales revenue. The contract period is from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2025.

▲RaemongRaein=Signed a supply contract worth 11.2 billion KRW with Channel A for the drama 'Gamen-ui Yeowang' (Queen of Masks). This corresponds to 27.30% of the 2021 sales revenue.

▲Hotel Shilla=Announced on the 5th that it will hold an investor relations (IR) meeting for domestic and overseas institutional investors at the Yeouido Financial Investment Education Center on the 7th.
