Federation of Korean Industries CEO Course Alumni Association Awards 'Business Leader of the Year' to Yang Gongjin, Chairman of Leo Development

'2022 Gyeongyeongin Awards Ceremony' Held on the 5th

[Asia Economy Reporter Han Ye-ju] The Federation of Korean Industries (FKI) CEO Course Alumni Association held the '2022 Business Leader Awards Ceremony' on the 5th at the Grand Ballroom of the 63 Building in Yeouido.

At the ceremony attended by over 500 alumni members, the prestigious Business Leader Award was presented to Yang Gong-jin, Chairman of Leo Development (78th class).

The Outstanding Business Leader Awards, given in six categories to alumni who demonstrated excellent management skills and brought honor to the FKI Alumni Association throughout 2022, were awarded as follows: ▲ Customer Service Innovation to Bang Ki-hyun, Chairman of K Y Food Net Co., Ltd. (68th class) ▲ Brand Innovation to Kim Jeom-sun, CEO of SM Korea Co., Ltd. (71st class) ▲ Social Contribution to Song Jong-chae, CEO of SM Co., Ltd. (47th class) ▲ Industrial Cooperation to Oh Hyun-sook, CEO of Woori General Development Co., Ltd. (59th class) ▲ Productivity Innovation to Baek Myung-sik, CEO of Geumseong PM Co., Ltd. (75th class) ▲ Technology Innovation to Park Hyung-mi, CEO of Sungwon Adcock Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (79th class). Following the awards ceremony, a year-end dinner and congratulatory performances were held.

The FKI CEO Course Alumni Association, established in 1980, is a gathering of graduates from the CEO course of the International Management Institute under the FKI, building a strong network across the economic, academic, political, and legal sectors. As of December 2022, there are approximately 4,300 graduates of the CEO course, and the Alumni Association holds the Business Leader Awards annually.
