Despite the cold wave, over 12,000 people visited the GS Construction’s ‘Jangwi Xi Radiant’ model house, igniting a feverish subscription enthusiasm.

According to sales officials, since the opening of the Jangwi Xi Radiant model house on December 1, more than 12,000 visitors have come and gone. Visitors ranged from elderly seniors to young newlyweds carrying children on their backs, representing a diverse age group. The demand for subscriptions was hot, as visitors toured the complex models and unit types and received consultations from professional advisors.

A sales official said, “Most of the advance visit reservations have been fully booked, so many prospective buyers have visited,” adding, “Most customers who toured each unit seemed satisfied, and especially at the consultation desks, there were many inquiries about subscription conditions and loans.”

Jangwi Xi Radiant is being developed as a large complex in Jangwi-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, consisting of 31 buildings with a maximum of 31 floors above ground and 3 basement levels, totaling 2,840 households. Among these, 1,330 units with exclusive areas ranging from 49 to 97㎡ will be offered for general sale. By exclusive area, there are △122 units of 49㎡ △266 units of 59㎡ △354 units of 72㎡ △573 units of 84㎡ △15 units of 97㎡.

The sales schedule begins with special supply on December 6, followed by first-priority subscription for the relevant area on the 7th, and first-priority subscription for other areas on the 8th. The announcement of winners will be on the 16th, and the official contract signing will take place over three days from the 27th to the 29th.

Jangwi Xi Radiant allows mid-term loan payments for all unit types. Additionally, it offers a deferred interest payment system for mid-term loans, so for an 84㎡ unit, only about 100 million KRW, which is 10% of the contract amount, is required as a deposit, reducing the financial burden relatively.

Subscription eligibility requires a subscription savings account membership period and at least two years of residence in Seoul, along with payment of the deposit amount according to the region and area. Only household heads with no home or one home or less can apply as first priority in the relevant area. Those with less than two years of residence in Seoul or residents of Gyeonggi Province and Incheon Metropolitan City can apply as first priority in other areas. Also, neither the household head nor household members should have won any housing subscription in the past five years.

Recently, interest has increased as Jangwi Xi Radiant, representing Gangbuk, and ‘Olympic Park Foreon,’ representing Gangnam, announced their sales together. The announcement of winners for Olympic Park Foreon is on the 15th, different from Jangwi Xi Radiant’s date, allowing for overlapping subscriptions.
