[Asia Economy Reporter Jeon Jinyoung] Lotte Mart announced on the 5th that it will launch 'Habit Ultra-Low Molecular Collagen 300' targeting the 2030 generation beauty trend 'Jello Skin.' Jello Skin refers to skin that is elastic like jelly and is gaining popularity through word of mouth on social networking services (SNS).


The collagen product newly released on the 6th is an ultra-low molecular weight product with high absorption rate in the body. In addition to collagen, it contains various ingredients such as hyaluronic acid and elastin, known as the three major dermal components, as well as vitamin C and biotin.


This new product is made with a melon flavor, unlike the existing pomegranate-flavored products, eliminating the fishy taste characteristic of fish collagen.


Lim Hyunhwa, product planner (MD) of Lotte Mart Health Team, said, "This product perfectly matches the 2030 Jello Skin trend and can manage dry skin in winter with just one packet a day. We ask for a lot of interest as it can be easily enjoyed by not only the MZ generation looking for tasty collagen but also people of all ages and genders."
