Over 120 CS Angels Discuss Opinions on CS Trends and Feedback from Sales Customers
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Song Jong-gu] BNK Gyeongnam Bank is putting great effort into training and managing CS Angels to improve customer satisfaction.
On the 2nd, BNK Gyeongnam Bank held a 'CS Angel Healing Training' at the main office auditorium.
CS (Customer Satisfaction) Angels are employees who lead customer service at the forefront of each branch, playing a role in spreading a culture of kindness.
About 120 CS Angels from each branch who participated in the healing training discussed opinions on changing CS trends and customer feedback from the sales floor.
They also had a special time to improve customer satisfaction by attending a lecture titled 'Customer Satisfaction in the Digital Age' given by an external expert.
Jo Min-kyung, assistant manager at Gimhae Financial Center, said, "The training I received today will be very helpful in capturing and satisfying customers' hearts. As a CS Angel employee, I will take pride and do my best so that BNK Gyeongnam Bank can be loved by customers."
