Unmanned Ordering with POS, Integrated Management of Waiting Customers
Free Installation and Menu Photo Shooting Support
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Fintech startup Payhere (CEO Park Jun-gi) announced on the 30th that it has launched a table order (tablet menu) and waiting service that are linked in real-time with POS (Point of Sale information management system).
Previously, stores had to use multiple devices separately for POS, table order, and waiting services. Now, with just Payhere POS, unmanned ordering, payment, and waiting customers can be managed in an integrated manner.
In particular, food photos and descriptions on the table order can be updated instantly from the POS. Also, when a seat becomes available, waiting customers can be called with a single button on the POS. Customers can check their waiting time and entry order via notification messages, and a mobile menu function is provided for them to view while waiting.
To reduce the initial adoption burden for small business owners, Payhere offers free installation of the table order system and free menu photo shooting. Park Jun-gi, CEO of Payhere, said, "Payhere will continue to automate store operations and help business owners focus on customers and their core business without costs or personnel stress."
