[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jong-hwa] Hanssem Co., Ltd. announced on the 29th that it has signed a business agreement with the Small and Medium Business Distribution Center, an affiliate of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, to support market entry, sales promotion, and marketing for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Hanssem plans to list highly competitive SME products on its online platform Hanssem Mall and Hanssem Design Park stores. Through this, it aims to continue its win-win efforts by expanding sales channels and providing marketing support.
This business agreement was signed to promote mutual growth between Hanssem and SMEs. Hanssem's MD selects excellent SME products recruited through the Small and Medium Business Distribution Center's sales information platform 'Panpandaero,' and supports their listing on Hanssem Mall and Hanssem Design Park as well as sales promotion and marketing. By diversifying product categories with competitive items, SMEs can expand their sales channels and increase revenue by utilizing Hanssem's distribution network in this win-win program.
Along with the agreement, Hanssem and the Small and Medium Business Distribution Center discovered about 30 outstanding SMEs. Representative companies include Miro Co., Ltd., specializing in Internet of Things (IoT) home appliances; Hanpo LLC, selling naturally biodegradable eco-friendly products; ADIS, an aroma diffuser brand; and LED Saver, a smart home appliance company. Among these SMEs, about 20 will actively showcase their products on Hanssem Mall, and about 10 will do so at Hanssem Design Park's lifestyle goods stores in Bangbae, Bundang, Jamsil, Busan, and Daegu.
Hanssem Mall will also hold the 'Dreamer Market' from the 29th of this month to the 13th of next month to promote sales of excellent SME products. The Dreamer Market is a collaborative win-win exhibition featuring about 20 SMEs discovered in cooperation with the Small and Medium Business Distribution Center and over 40 recommended outstanding SMEs by Hanssem Mall. More than 200 high-quality SME products recognized for their quality and marketability will be sold at discounts of up to 91%.
Products from SMEs selected through Panpandaero will be sequentially listed starting from the 1st of next month at Hanssem Design Park lifestyle goods stores in Bangbae, Bundang, Jamsil, Busan, and Daegu. Customers can find a variety of lifestyle goods from excellent SMEs, including lighting appliances, lighting, kitchenware, and fabrics.
Hanssem will also support sales promotion and marketing to introduce SME products to more customers. From the 1st to the 31st of next month, customers who purchase over 50,000 KRW of excellent SME products at lifestyle goods stores in Bangbae, Bundang, Jamsil, Busan, and Daegu will receive a 5,000 KRW Hanssem lifestyle goods gift certificate. The gift certificate can be used at Hanssem Design Park lifestyle goods stores.
Kim Yoon-hee, Executive Director of Hanssem Home Furnishing Business Division, said, "Through the business agreement with the Small and Medium Business Distribution Center, we expect to discover competitive SMEs, support their sales, and grow together with Hanssem." She added, "We hope for much interest and participation in the special exhibition of outstanding SMEs recommended by Hanssem ahead of Christmas and the year-end holidays."
