'Songmaeten' is an urban marketing strategy aimed at promoting Songpa as a differentiated city full of distinctive and attractive landmarks and creating a future city with sustainable urban competitiveness. It signifies ten unique and appealing places in Songpa that attract people.

The district plans to promote Songpa's unique charm by categorizing these into three themes for easy public recall: ▲ ‘Songmae Road’ featuring three walking streets in Songpa that people want to visit at least once ▲ ‘Songmae View’ highlighting four spots boasting Songpa’s beautiful nature and outstanding scenery ▲ ‘Songmae Space’ comprising three unique and distinctive spatial landmarks in Songpa.

Additionally, the district will actively utilize 'Songmaeten' in various promotional materials and video productions, and plans to hold diverse promotional events such as the ▲ Songmaeten Walking Contest ▲ Songmaeten Photo Contest ▲ Songmaeten Certification Shot Challenge.
