[Asia Economy Reporter Park Hyesook] Bucheon City in Gyeonggi Province has published a guidebook containing job information such as recruitment plans ahead of the implementation of the 2023 'Danbi Jobs'.
Danbi Jobs are Bucheon-type public jobs for employment-vulnerable groups, meaning they play a role like rain in a drought of jobs. Next year, 7,957 jobs across 117 projects are planned to be provided.
The guidebook includes descriptions of each job project, salary conditions, work periods, and contact information, and can be checked on the Bucheon City and Worknet websites.
The guidebook is available at administrative welfare centers, resident support centers, city hall civil service offices, Bucheon Job Centers, as well as the Bucheon branch of the Ministry of Employment and Labor, Employment Welfare Plus Centers, and Bucheon Chamber of Commerce. Detailed information on each project can be obtained directly through the contact points and departments listed in the guidebook.
Danbi Jobs have been promoted through collaboration among various city departments since 2016, aiming to strengthen employment stability and create sustainable jobs.
In particular, starting this year, the distribution timing of the guidebook, which contains several projects and plans scheduled for recruitment in early December, was advanced to November to increase its usability for citizens.
