Global fandom business company BeMyFriends is targeting overseas markets in earnest by updating its SaaS solution ‘b.stage’ with features for global users.
BeMyFriends’ web-based SaaS solution ‘b.stage’ is an all-in-one solution that provides all the necessary services for creators and brand companies to conduct fandom-targeted business at once, including content, commerce, community, and membership operations. It supports easy and convenient self-platform building not only for entertainment but also for esports teams, creators, IP holders, and TV broadcast content producers across various fields.
As the number of b.stage customers with fans in various countries has recently increased, reflecting the needs of b.stage users and fans and improving convenience for more global customers, BeMyFriends has added two global features to the b.stage solution.
First, additional platform operation support languages have been added. In addition to the existing two languages, Korean and English, three more languages?Japanese, Chinese (Traditional/Simplified), and Spanish?have been added, allowing more fans worldwide to comfortably set up and use the platform in their familiar languages. b.stage operators can select multiple support languages for global fans, and fans can easily check menus, posts, product names, and more within b.stage in their chosen language.
Second is the provision of ‘b.stage visitor country statistical data.’ b.stage is a solution that provides all data from platforms built by each operator through b.stage to the operators, supporting data-driven sophisticated fandom business. With this new country-specific statistical data feature, b.stage operators can easily check visitor statistics by country through the default data dashboard provided at setup, quickly identify countries with high business impact, and reflect this in their business strategies. This data feature update enables more advanced global fandom business.
