Hanshin Engineering Wins Busan Daeyeon Station Street Housing Maintenance Project Contract

[Asia Economy Reporter Noh Kyung-jo] Hanshin Engineering & Construction announced on the 23rd that it has signed a supply contract for the Busan Daeyeon Station Street Housing Maintenance Project.

The project is located at 371-13 Daeyeon-dong, Nam-gu, Busan, with a site area of 8,186.86㎡ and a total floor area of 37,492㎡. It involves constructing an apartment complex with 212 units ranging from three basement floors to 37 above-ground floors, along with auxiliary welfare facilities.

The project site is situated between Daeyeon Station on Busan Subway Line 2 and Kyungsung University·Pukyong National University Station. Nearby are Daeyeon Elementary and Middle Schools, Busan Technical High School, Pukyong National University, Kyungsung University, as well as various cultural facilities such as Daeyeon 1-dong Administrative Welfare Center, Daeyeon 119 Safety Center, Busan Cultural Center, UN Sculpture Park, and Peace Park.

The project is being implemented by the 'Daeyeon Station Street Housing Maintenance Project Association,' with a contract amount of 67.8 billion KRW and a construction period of 38 months from the start date.
