Daechang Solution Signs Long-Term Supply Letter of Intent for Ship Engine Parts with HSD Engine

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] Daechang Solution announced on the 23rd that it has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) for long-term supply of main bearing support (MAIN BEARING SUPPORT), a ship engine part, with HSD Engine, a ship engine manufacturer.

Through this LOI signing, Daechang Solution has secured a stable sales channel. The period is from this year until 2025, and considering the existing transaction amount and the shipbuilding market trend, the sales scale over three years is expected to be approximately 50 billion KRW.

A Daechang Solution official said, "By signing the long-term supply LOI with HSD Engine, we have secured stable production volume, which enables us to focus more on higher value-added products."

Since its establishment in 1953, Daechang Solution has specialized in manufacturing cast steel products not only for ship parts but also for nuclear waste containers, gas turbines, and offshore plants.
